New Director of Human Resources
We are excited to welcome Sue Gallop, SPHR, as the Director of Human Resources for the Company. Sue has an extensive background managing HR functions in growing, medium-sized companies. Sue will be located in our Florham Park office but will be traveling extensively to our offices. In this role, Sue will be responsible for company-wide benefits, training programs for staff, establishment of employment practices including reviews, compensation structures and staff communications.
