Director of Operations – California
Andy Fredericks is the Director of Operations – California for Veritext Legal Solutions. Prior to joining Veritext Legal Solutions in November 2014, Andy was the Operational Partner of Fredericks Reporting & Litigation Services in Austin, Texas, where he spearheaded the firm’s technological innovations and offerings.
Alongside his father, Bill Fredericks, the principal of the firm and tenured court reporter, Andy has served clients and reporters across the State of Texas and California in a diverse array of matters. Andy’s professional background includes years of service as a deposition videographer, which allowed him to develop a working knowledge of the intricacies and challenges experienced by lawyers, reporters, and videographers during all stages of the deposition and discovery process.
After joining Veritext Legal Solutions in 2014, Andy worked to grow Veritext’s presence in Texas, held a national position with the Veritext geared at providing additional opportunities and resources for court reporters, and eventually relocated to California to support the continued development and success of Veritext’s business in the state.
In addition to his responsibilities as Director of Operations, Andy works closely alongside Veritext’s software development team as a project manager and provides an array of continuing education seminars for clients and court reporters.
