Bob Cullen

Chief Executive Officer

Working with the Veritext community, Bob ensures that Veritext has the people, resources, technology and strategy in place to provide the best experience for our clients, the most attractive assignments for our court reporter and other partners, and the best working environment and opportunities for our employees.

Bob joined Veritext in 2010 and before that he spent over 24 years with the Thomson Corporation (Thomson Reuters) in a variety of leadership positions in the education, scientific and healthcare information services businesses. He was CEO of the scientific and healthcare division, a $1.1 Billion group at the forefront of providing workflow solutions to professionals in healthcare, corporate R&D and academia. Bob also served as CEO of the international division of Thomson’s education group building and acquiring businesses in Europe, Latin America and Asia, having previously lived in Singapore starting businesses for Thomson. Bob has been active in the non-profit arena, having served as a board member for the Lasker Foundation, Manhattanville College and TESOL International Research Foundation (TIRF). Bob has a BA in economics from SUNY Buffalo and has done executive and graduate work at INSEAD (France), University of San Francisco and Canisius College.

Nancy Josephs

Chief Operating Officer

Nancy is focused on ensuring Veritext continues to deliver on its promise of outstanding client service and operational excellence nationally and in each of our regions. A pioneer in the court reporting industry, Nancy continues to focus on ways to improve the way we serve all our clients, while maintaining the unique and personalized offerings available in each location we serve.

Nancy is a co-founder of Veritext and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since the Company's founding. She has been an integral part of the management team that has helped Veritext grow into the industry leader. Prior to Veritext's founding, she spent nearly 15 years as a management consultant, providing services to Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries on strategic initiatives such as optimizing organizational structures, business processes, information technology, and human resources. Nancy has also held the positions of Vice President with Bronner Slosberg Humphrey, President and Founder of Brookshire Enterprises, and Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche. She holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health degrees from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.

Rich Antoneck

Chief Financial Officer

Rich is responsible for ensuring that Veritext maintains our strong financial position.  He looks after the financial and accounting functions business and executes on our real estate strategy to ensure we have the highest quality locations for our clients and employees.  Rich also oversees the company’s Human Resources team – at the center of helping Veritext recruit and retain the best people in the industry.

Rich joined Veritext in 2011 and brings a deep history of financial leadership and experience, particularly in working with companies owned by private equity firms.  Prior to joining Veritext, Rich served eight years as the CFO  for Accuity Solutions and SourceMedia, both of which were owned by Investcorp the current owners of Veritext.  Prior to working with Investcorp portfolio companies, Rich spent eight years in senior financial roles at the Thomson Corporation.  Rich holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from St. John’s University and is CPA in the State of New York.

Frank Licata

Chief Technology Officer

Frank is a self professed “geek” who has brought his passion for technology and how it serves clients to Veritext.  Frank is responsible for and has led the company to a new level with world class technology infrastructure, security, applications and product development.

Frank joined Veritext in 2011 and has decades of experience leading all aspects of technology in a variety of different industries such as defense, advertising, banking, science, intellectual property, healthcare and legal.   Prior to Veritext, Frank was a Divisional and Group CTO for 23 years at Thomson Reuters in the Science, Healthcare, Legal and Accounting division. He served on the Market Group Executive Committee and the Thomson Reuters CTO Council. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Frank was Vice President for Development for Chase Manhattan Bank Credit Card, Personal Loan, ATM and Branch Network Divisions. He graduated from Villanova University in Mathematics.

Peter Florian

Senior Vice President, Product Management & Marketing

Peter concentrates on making certain that our clients and partners are provided with superior technology products and services. In addition, Peter manages our brand, promotion and communications so that we consistently communicate the benefits of working with Veritext and our sales team has the tools to work most effectively with our clients. 

Prior to joining Veritext, Peter was Managing Director in the litigation E-Discovery practice group at Navigant Consulting and at Ignited Discovery, where he accelerated revenue growth leading to its acquisition by Navigant. Peter also developed a SaaS-based document management software product for corporate general counsel for IntraLinks and was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Inference Data, an E-Discovery analytics and review software product. Prior to Inference, he was Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning at the Corporate Legal Services division of Wolters Kluwer and Chief Marketing Officer at Thomson Financial (now Reuters). He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and BA in Art History from Vassar College.

Adam Friend

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Adam helps ensure that Veritext is constantly evaluating new opportunities, allowing us to maintain our position as the industry leader via acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new markets.   

Adam joined Veritext in 2011.  Prior to joining Veritext, Adam was Senior Associate at the Riverside Company, a middle market private equity firm, where he led investments in growing medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries, and helped those business grow through strategic guidance, acquisition support, and additional capital.  Veritext was one of his portfolio companies at Riverside, and he worked with the Veritext management team on many of the company’s acquisitions during that time.  Prior to Riverside, Adam worked for an early stage venture capital firm in Madrid, Spain, and spent five years as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in Economics from Duke University.
