The health and safety of our clients, independent contractors, employees and other colleagues is our primary concern at Veritext. Given increased attention around the coronavirus (COVID-19), we’d like to share an update on the precautions we are taking. The Veritext Management team is monitoring COVID-19 on a daily basis. We rely on the expert advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We have communicated the general prevention guidelines put forth by the CDC and elevated the disinfecting protocol in all of our locations. In addition, we are requesting that participants in legal proceedings serviced by Veritext disclose if they are presenting with COVID-19 symptoms or have travelled to any of the countries on the CDC watchlist within the last 14 days so that we may make appropriate accommodations.
