ABOUT VERITEXT’S COURT REPORTING SERVICES IN ORANGE COUNTRY

Our Orange County court reporting office is conveniently located near the 405 freeway, less than ten minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA). We share our address with the Isamu Noguchi Garden which was commissioned by the notable Orange County philanthropist and businessman Henry Segestrom in the Pacific Arts Plaza.

Veritext Orange County is nestled within walking distance of the Orange County Performing Arts Center, the fashionable South Coast Plaza, and several welcoming hotels including the Westin South Coast Plaza and the Costa Mesa Marriott.

Our facility has twelve spacious, well-furnished conference rooms available and fully stocked for your use. Two of our large conference rooms can hold up to 20 guests each and are fantastic options for cases with mulitple parties. Veritext clients have access to conference rooms for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, focus groups and client meetings. Each conference room is fully equipped for videoconferencing, multimedia, paperless and virtual depositions.

Veritext provides a number of amenities including: free Wi-Fi access, ample parking, freshly baked cookies, lunch and refreshments.

Veritext legal videographers are equipped with the latest broadcast-quality video cameras and production technology, ensuring quality every step of the way. September 1998
Veritext Opens in Orange County
Veritext, established in 1997 in Florham Park, New Jersey expands our reach by bringing court reporting services to Orange County, California. Focused on the goal of delivering superior service and advanced legal technology, we open our doors through a small office in Costa Mesa, California located near the famous luxury shopping-plex of South Coast Plaza.

Veritext Welcomes Sarnoff Court Reporters
Homebased in Irvine, Sarnoff Court Reporters joins Veritext as a family run business that operated for 50 years servicing all of California. Touting the motto, “The Answer is Yes, What’s the Question,” Sarnoff shared Veritext’s vision for customer service excellence. Together the companies melded their best practices and fostered a corporate culture for giving back. By teaming up with Sarnoff, Veritext significantly increased their California presence and expanded in areas beyond Orange County like Redlands, Sacramento and Las Vegas.

Veritext Welcomes M&M Court Reporters
M&M Court Reporters was Orange County’s first independent court reporting agency, making it a great fit for Veritext’s Orange County expansion. For many years, the courts and Grand Jury relied on M&M Court Reporters for its court reporting needs. As Orange County grew and court reporters were placed in the courts as full-time employees, the firm dedicated itself to servicing the needs of the members of the Bar of Southern California. With it’s courthouse roots, M&M helped Veritext expand more deeply into Santa Ana.
