KIM’S CARE STORY
Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) is a network of churches in the Austin area, committed to stepping in during all types of crises, including hurricanes, floods, and other disasters. They provide clean-up, crisis intervention stress management, prayer, financial help, household goods, housing assistance, emotional support and so much more.
I’ve been volunteering with this incredible organization during this time. I’ve spent time on the ADRN Prayer Hotline, praying, and helping people walk through this time of stress. I also have returned calls and scheduled people to come in for financial assistance or other needed resources. Saturday I ushered people through the process of telling their stories, praying with chaplains, and receiving assistance.
I’m proud to be a part of this network!
