Data Security and Privacy

Under the guidance of the Information Security Committee, Veritext provides the highest level of data privacy and cyber security to help ensure all confidential information is protected and secure. Veritext regularly undergoes testing and auditing of our environments and maintains SOC2  Type 2, and PCI certifications. Veritext also operates SSAE 16 certified data facilities, with procedures in place that comply with HIPAA  security standards as a business associate and meets federal, provincial, and state requirements for the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Veritext also complies with CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), and PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act) regulations.

Veritext provides the highest level of security to ensure that your clients’ confidential personal information medical records, financial data or trade secrets are protected and secure. We handle it on a large scale and take information security seriously.
