Founders Cheryl Mangio and Julia Obien started in the industry as freelance court reporters.  In addition to her work at YOM,  Cheryl engages in learning opportunities with like-minded business leaders across the nation and participates in many associations.  Julia serves on the Washington Court Reporters Legislative Committee.  Both Cheryl and Julia are dedicated to the court reporting industry, the legal profession and are passionate about client service.
