Team Veritext Raises $12,250 In 2019 Spring Delaware Charity Challenge
Veritext was honored to participate in the 5th Annual 2019 “Race to Raise” Delaware Charity Challenge. The Delaware Charity Challenge is a unique fundraising and athletic competition designed to give organizations, families and individuals a fun way to raise money and awareness for their favorite causes. As a whole, the spring fundraising contest, which took place from February 1st to May 4th, raised more than $21,750 in donations for 11 different nonprofits that participating teams supported.
Team Veritext once again took home top honors, raising $12,250 this year, and $49,600 over the last five competitions, for the Ministry of Caring, including a $300 bonus prize for raising the most money.
The Ministry of Caring is a community-based nonprofit organization that provides a network of social, health and support services for those living in poverty, including the homeless and working poor, in the greater Wilmington, Delaware area.
