Veritext Presents Court Reporting Student Scholarship at Del Mar College in Texas

This August, Veritext was pleased to present a court reporting student scholarship to Melissa Conner, a student at Del Mar College, on August 19, 2019.  Renee Martinez, Director of Operations for Veritext – Texas was on hand to honor Melissa with the “2019 Veritext Annual Student Scholarship.”

Veritext scholarships are available to new and returning students; both to those seeking to learn stenography theory and to those who are advanceing through training programs, working on speed and accuracy in order to achieve completion.  This is the first Veritext scholarship awarded to a Del Mar College court reporting student.

In addition to the new partnership with Del Mar College, Veritext partners with local reporting schools throughout the country to support their court reporting programs.  So far this year, Veritext has awarded scholarships in Minnesota and Canada.

Schools interested in partnering with Veritext to provide new grants or scholarships can contact courtreporter@veritext.com.
